My PUK code isn't working. I locked my sim card by accident after entering my code incorrectly 3 times. I have found my PUK code on my-ee and I have tried it 6 times on different devices, but it isn't working. What can I do?

@Mayobob225 If you’ve tried to unlock it more than 3 times you’ve now permanent locked the SIM card and you need to request a replacement sim.

I should have 10 attempts to enter my puk code. It doesn't say I'm locked out, but my puk code isn't working. Why is the code not being accepted?

Can you see a second PUK code in your My EE Account?
If you're still having trouble I'd recommend contacting our Customer Care team.
