Please can you help. I have an EE pay as you go. I have managed to lock it by getting PIN wrong. I have got my PUK code from my account online but it's only 7 digits long, it needs to be 8 digits long for the phone to accept it. Do I need to add a digit or 0 or something to the start or end

Hi @Roachy5555.
Thanks for coming here.
You can locate your PUK code by following these steps in your online account:
- Log in to EE using a web browser
- Click on Plans & subscriptions
- On that page, click on Manage mobile
- On that page, scroll down to Phones and devices
- Your PUK Code is shown under Unlock your SIM / eSIM
Hope this helps,
Katie

Hi @mattzz
Thanks for coming to the community.
You are right, the PUK should be 8 digits but it would usually show if there was a 0 as part of it and I wouldn't want to guess as you only get so many attempts to enter it.
The best thing I can suggest would be to get in touch with our customer service guides from another phone and they can check the PUK against your account.
