PORT text giving me an odd transfer date

I received my new EE sim and I want to keep my old number so I text PORT provided my PAC number to receive a text stating it would be done by 6.30pm on 31/12/4700??? This isn't even a valid date! I sent this on the 30/05/2024 it is now the 03/06/2024 and it still has not been transferred over?

@twagh01 I recommend you call customer services about this. If you do this asap you number should be migrated by tomorrow as it takes 24h to migrate a number.
Just to check you are migrating from a different network? You can not use a PAC code within the same network

@twagh01 From your EE phone it’s 150 ( select option 2 then the closest option to your issue )

- Porting length in SIM cards & Porting
