Hey there ^_^
I have a pay as you go standard sim card and I want to transfer that number to a micro/nano sim?
What do I do? As I don't wish to start a contract.
Regards.

Hi there @Bart222
Thanks for coming here.
You can request a replacement SIM card with the same number you can order a new SIM online, you'll need to sign in to your My EE account.
Or, visit an EE Store with photo ID (our EE stores will accept a passport (from any country) or a UK photocard driving licence) and the store can transfer the number to a new SIM card for you 🙂

When I clicked on the "order a new sim online" for a physical sim option it later states:
"We know the billing address to send your new SIM to, we just can't show it right now. You'll find it on your latest bill."
But I don't have a bill as I only use pay as you go and EE don't have any address details as I don't have a contract.

I see @Bart222
Please give us a call on 150 and the team can check the address we have for you and of the SIM has been sent 🙂
