Right! I want to change my sim but keep my old number. Therefore i need a PAC. Now comes the problem!
-My sim says No Service and has done for a week.
-My sim does NOT receive OR send Messages
-My sim CANNOT receive calls OR make them.
-My sim CANNOT receive PINS/CODES for switching
-My sim CANNOT do anything.
I have already been to Settings > Leave EE > To get my switching information BUT i CANNOT do this as its requiring me to use the sim that's not working at all!
Can i go into an EE store to get this fixed?/Will they be able to port over my ee old number that says no service to my new working number?

No, it's very easy to follow, once we discover you are porting to another network!

which is said in my original post. it says i want to switch from ee. settings > leave ee would gave it away. since this is a ee sim and its on the ee community and not utilita etc

Why is the Sim not working? Are you still in contract or have an active account, or has it been locked through lack of use?

I would suggest calling our Mobile Care team from another phone. If you're unable to do that, you could pop into your nearest EE store who can get you in touch.
