PAC problems

Hi, I have just come over from plusnet but have a problem. My Plusnet pac code runs out on 22/11 but when I try to port my number across the date EE are giving me are 23/11 by 6pm. My worries are A) why is is such a long wait for my old number.

B) the dates don’t match up as my PAC code runs out the day before EE will port it.

my wife also came across to EE from Plusnet the same day and her number got changed the next day. 
does anyone know what is going on?

If you speak to customer services on 150 a guide should be able to process your port in request for the next working day.
