Last week I got a PAC code from O2 and went to the EE shop to start a new contract with EE (done OK) and port my O2 number over to an EE sim card. This the shop did for me. Over a week later the number still phones O2 and get the O2 Answering service. Mid-day yesterday, I returned to the EE shop, and they ran the PAC code through to EE again, telling me that it would be done over night 100%.
Today it my number is STILL getting the O2 answering service. The PAC code is still within it's 30 day life.
On my EE phone when I text NUMBER to 150, EE CS answer with my O2 number that I want to use (not the EE sim cards original number), so EE CS thinks the PAC has worked.
My move from O2 is because I have NO service signal at my house.
Who do I call/talk to/email, EE or O2.
Can anyone help?

Thanks for replying.
After I posted this I tried phoning my number from my landline for the 4th time today and this time it worked and instead of getting the O2 answering service, my phone rang! At LAST!!!
Thanks anyway
