PAC code

Someone has requested a PAC code but it wasn’t me, offices are now closed what can I do?

How do you know someone has requested your PAC?

I received a text message and then I logged into me account and it said the same thing

Did the text message contain your PAC, or was it just notification of it being issued?

You should contact EE CS ASAP on reopening in the morning, they should be able to cancel the PAC and prevent it being used.
