@Triciajasmine2 Then just text PAC to 65075. If the line is part of a multi line account you’ll need to call customer support for the PAC. If you’re a contract customer you have to have all bills paid up to date and if your part why through a contract you’ll be required to pay off that contract once you use the PAC. No PAC will be issued if your behind of payments or your already been disconnected from the network for none payment.
