I have been attempting to port my old number from ID Mobile to my new sim with EE. However, when I attempt to do so and enter the PAC code ID are giving me it it keeps saying - “Please make sure you enter the right code. Your PAC will look like ABC123456. Your STAC will look like 123456ABC.” Even though I am using the first format and copying the exact code given to me.
How can I solve this??

Have you previously provided the PAC when setting up your EE account?
How long have you had the PAC?
