Did you mean:

PAC code, has it been authorised by yourselves to end my contract with EE

I have filled out the form, letting EE know my PAC code and I want to know if it has gone through and that I can now put my new Sim into my phone, with my new provider?

@Morvenmckay  You give your EE pac code to your new network, once they request your number to be changed to that network this will automatically end your contract with EE.

You do not give a pac code to the network you are moving away from.

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

@Morvenmckay : Are you sure you know what you are doing? If you are letting EE know a PAC you are porting to EE. To port away from EE you need EE to let you know a PAC & you give it to your new provider.

If you think I helped please feel free to hit the "Thumbs Up" button below.

A PAC is issued by a donor network to a customer wishing to leave, and is given by that user to their recipient network.
