PAC/Port hasn't happened by 6pm

Sorry if this has been asked before, but I submitted my PAC to EE yesterday morning and had a text confirmation to say it would port my old number over by 6pm today but it hasn't yet. Is it likely to need me to do anything?

Welcome to the Community, @MonaK

Once your SIM has connected to our network, it will automatically bring the port over to the next working day if requested before 17:30, or the working day after if after 17:30 or at the weekend.

You can find more details about porting on our help page here, or if you'd prefer we double check things at our end, you can also give our team a call

Have you activated your EE SIM on EE's network? Porting won't start until you do.
