I received a message from EE (150) today to say my delivery address has been changed as requested. This came a few hours after I ordered an EE Sim as I’m switching to EE from O2. The message says if I did not request this to contact 150 immediately. However, the automated options on the phone line won’t bring me to anyone I can speak to on the issue. Is this message standard when creating an account and placing an order for the first time with EE or has my account been tampered with?
