Ordering a sim card

Hi I was wondering whether I would be able to order a SIM card with the same phone number as the one on my previous one. Both of them being from EE. I decided to change providers for a little while, however have now decided to come back to EE pay as you go however I have lost the old SIM card and would like to have the same phone number as in the past. Is that possible? Thank you

Hello @Oliwia20 ,

Welcome to the community,

Did you move your number to a different provider? Then to move back to EE, you will need to get a pack code from your previous provider so that your number can be moved back to EE.

To contact EE customer service dial 150 from your mobile phone or ring customer service for free using Skype or another phone: +44 800 079 8586 or +44 800 956 6000.

@Oliwia20 : Only if you ported your no. to another network before you lost your SIM. Otherwise you've lost it for good.
