Orange Sim Card

Hi, my father has an old (very old!) orange SIM card that he is using in a Nokia phone. The problem is someone in his work gave him the sim about 20 years ago so the sim isn’t registered in his name and he’s not really sure what name it’s registered in. What options do we have for getting him a new upgraded sim? I tried to register online but obviously we don’t have the billing name so that hasn’t worked. Would we be better requesting the pac code and taking it to a new supplier? Thank you

A PAYG SIM is not registered to any particular person.
