Hello, I have an old orange SIM card and I haven’t used in a while since I have lost all related information to the SIM card such as puk code and I don’t even remember the number I need the universal puk code for that number or orange to be able to unblock it to access the sim but I’m having hard time finding the right information regarding orange SIM card since EE has part orange services , I myself am not a EE user I’m a vodafone user and I recently found my old orange SIM card that I used the only information that I have about the sim card is the number on the SIM card it self any help would be appreciated

Is it on contract or PAYG? Probably PAYG if you haven't been paying for it.
You've almost certainly lost it & its no. if you haven't used it for more than 9 months.

I think it might of been on contract I am not certain I was really younger when I had that SIM card so if I lost the messages etc linked to it it’s a shame

It can only been on contract if you were paying for it every month.

Yeah if it was how exactly would I get it reactivated even if it it’s possible because the sim has been blocked etc

It's not a matter of if it was! Are you actually paying each month for it now or not? If you ain't paying it for ages it's been cancelled by EE & you would be in debt.
