Online sim, I ordered a preloaded online 30 day rolling sim that didn't turn up

My 1st sim didn't arrive, so When I finally got through to speak to someone, another was ordered for next day delivery, that hasn't arrived either 6 days later, also I was asked for my puk no, so I've been cut of from my original provider.
I just want my money back, disgusting service from EE.

Sims are sent second class and are delivered by the post office, when they deliver.
Your other points you'll need to speak to EE CS.

EE standard opening hours are Monday to Friday, 8am to 9pm - Saturday and Sunday, 8am to 8pm.
