Hi,
I ordered a new pay monthly phone online from EE on Sunday morning, having decided to leave the 3 network. I supplied my PAC code during the order to retain my number. I understood that as it was a Sunday I should expect to have the transfer happen today (I received the phone Monday morning and activated the SIM immediately) but as of 5pm I haven't had a text or anything. I called 150 and a very nice lady took my PAC code and the number to be transferred and said it would be done tomorrow (Wednesday). Is that right? She didn't explain why it would not just happen today. Just getting a bit stressed as it's hassle not having access to WhatsApp on the new phone and I had hoped this would be more quickly sorted. Thanks.

@Beatley It takes up to 24 hours to migrate a number from one network to another network

Thank you for replying. Yep that's what I don't get though, it should have happened today in that case and now I've been told tomorrow.
