I signed a contract with you with a pack code to keep my old number *************, but you sent me a SIM card with a new number ***********. Pack code ************ . My account number is *************. My old number has been already disconnected from my old provider, however it was not transfered to EE yet. Would it be possible to confirm when this will be processed please, the PAC number was received and provided to you last week.
