I purchased my phone from EE, and the contract has been fully paid off. I switched to O2, but my line doesn’t work on this phone. However, when I insert a pay-as-you-go SIM card into the phone, it works perfectly, and my O2 monthly line also works when inserted into another phone. Despite this, my O2 monthly line does not work on the phone I got from EE.
Could you help explain why this might be happening?

THIS@fundacalba What network is that PAYG sim on ? Have you checked to see if the device is network unlocked? All devices sold after December 2021 are automatically network unlocked but you still might need to make a request to unlock it as it might not of been processed to be unlocked.
