Hello,

I have received my sim but still waiting for my number to be transferred from Plusnet.

Please can someone tell me when this will happen?

If not soon I am thinking of cancelling this move. It is not giving me much confidence in the service.

thanks

@David-W , just to add, transfers are not done over the weekend, so depending when you requested this will depend when it will happen.

Also, keep rebooting your phone, to make sure that the transfer has happened, just keep your plus net SIM card in the phone, once the transfer has happened or is happening, that SIM card will be dead and your EE SIM card should then activate.

To contact EE customer service dial 150 from your mobile phone or ring customer service for free using Skype or another phone: +44 800 079 8586 or +44 800 956 6000.

Thank you 😊
