Number port

I have received a text from EE today to day that my number port is complete on my new I Phone.  I have turned the phone off and back on.  I can call out with my ported number, but not receiving all calls in.  for some, it just cuts off, but for others, they can get through to me.  Coverage for them isn't an issue as they can call others OK as well.

If on-net users can't call, that's something awry straight away. If you've received the "port-complete" confirmation, you should raise this with EE-CS. They can either resolve on frontline or raise a faults ticket, as necessary.

Test an incoming on-net call to both your temporary number & ported-in number first.

Is there any pattern to the users who can't call you? Are they on particular networks?

Does it make any difference if they call with a withheld number versus number sent?

Can these users send you texts?

Thanks.  Initially I thought it was anyone calling from the Network I had left, so Tesco and O2, but it seems that it's not just calls from that network.  I have a friend who also has EE and they can't call me either sadly.

Not working from a with held number either.
