I ordered an additional line and put my porting info in. The order had an issue so someone had to manually tweak it.
The SIM was activated Friday and I have the new number. I can't see that the port is in progress.
However if I go into my SIM settings and put the PAC in again it says not recognised (even though it's 100% correct). Does that mean it's porting? Can anyone check?

Good morning @sdgfsdfgsdfg.
I would recommend giving us a call on 150 and our customer care team will be able to confirm if your port is in progress.
Please be aware no ports are completed over the weekend.
