Hi I gave my pac code to ee on the 19th December so nearly 4 weeks ago, I rang up after 2 weeks they said it was still in the process and to start using the sim and it should transfer straight away, and it has now been 4 and it still hasn’t transferred! So annoyed! Any idea why it’s taking this long or has anyone else’s taken this long before?

I would suggest you speak to customer service again, as your number should have transferred by now.
I take it you have received the EE SIM card and installed it in your phone in the SIM card slot?

A port-in should normally be actioned the working day after you submit the PAC.
