I transferred from another network and wished to keep my number. The number should have been transferred a month ago, mostly it was, but not entirely.
I can receive calls as normal and when I call out it shows the number I am keeping, the correct one. But! When I text out it comes up as the EE number which is being discarded. Not the one it should be transferred to. However I still get incoming messages when sent to my usual normal number. Which is confusing.
Does anyone know what I can do please? I was meant to have a call from an EE tecchy whizz yesterday but they didn't call back.
Have tried checking message centre number, airplane mode on and off, reset network and other settings, rebooted phone endless times. At wits end.
