Number Keeps Changing

Hi my daughter recently got an Iphone14 and got a PAC code from O2. Her original number came across from O2 but on the occasional text and occasional call the temporary SIM number shows and not get number? Why does this happen? Please help

@Andy287yt Turn off iMessage and FaceTime then restart the device, now check that in settings>phone that her number is correct then you can re-enable iMessage and FaceTime.
