No service

Hello, so I got sent two new sims because I got a new phone but the sim tray doesn’t open in the iPhone 14 Pro.  
I then rang up EE and they said to transfer it to ESIM and so I did and it didn’t work and then I rang three more times on different days after being told to wait for up to 24 hours for my phone to get service. 
It then doesn’t get any service at all and the old phone with the sim inside then proceeds to say that my sim no longer works in the phone.
I now have two phones with no service and I am disappointed with the service I have received. No one seems to know how to fix the problem and I am still paying a lot of money for data, messages and texts that aren’t even being used!

Has a fault with your iPhone 14 SIM tray been confirmed?

Do you live near a local EE Store?

If you insert your new SIM into your old device does any service show?
