No service since my sim has been switched from pay as you go to monthly

I have had no service for the last 2 days 

we figured out that I had by accident set up an eSIM. Once I changed that I was told that my service would be up any running.  On about it says that network is not available. 
I’m paying a lot of money for a phone that I can’t use right now. Any suggestions?

I would recommend a replacement SIM. 

Do you live near a local EE Store? if yes, you can visit the store with photo ID and receive a new SIM. 

If not, please give us a call and our customer care team will be happy to get one ordered for you.

Hi

No a replacement has not been sent because by the time we figured out that it was the sim itself they finished work so nothing more was done.
