No Sim & Can Not activate ESim so I can not phone 150 for help!!!

I have recently upgraded to a new Apple iPhone and when setting up It tried to transfer my E-Sim from my old Apple iPhone 12 to my new Apple iPhone 15 but something went wrong. I now have no actual Sim or E-Sim active and all it keeps advising is that I have an issue and to call 150..... But I can not call 150 as I have no mobile network coverage.  There is no chat option, so how can I contact EE.....   Please can someone help me !!!!
