No Signal After PAC Transfer ("PCP Authentication Failure")

Any clues how I can resolve? My number was ported from ID mobile today and everything worked for a few hours before my phone decided it coudn't authinticate something. Now I have no mobile and no alternative so can't even call EE to resolve!

What makes you think your phone can't authenticate anything? What is happening to make you think this?

Does your phone show network coverage?

There was a message popped down from the notch at 1 point.

Phone shows network (only up to Edge) but won't phone out / connect to data. Still accesses data on wifi. Won't allow wifi calling (e.g. to 150 or to the 07XX helpline number).

Good morning @tmp28, welcome to the EE Community. 

We do recommend that it can take up until midnight of the transfer date for your port to fully complete, but it's often much quicker than this. 

Have you restarted your phone since this went through, and is this still happening today?

What model of phone are you using, too?
