I recently transferred my sim from giffgaff on Saturday and I was told it would start working from Tuesday.
Right now I can't make or receive calls so I don't even know if the porting was successful or not.
I keep getting voice message that the number I am calling a number that doesn't exist but these were numbers I called regularly from my previous service provider.
Please how do I fix this?

Has your giffgaff SIM card stopped working? If that is the case, have you rebooted your phone with the EE SIM card?
I take it you have the EE SIM card, otherwise it will not work as you need EE SIM card, to be connected to EE.
Otherwise I would suggested contacting EE and they will be able to take a look for you.

Thanks for responding
I have rebooted it several times today to no avail.
I guess I have to go back to the shop. I'm just upset that people who have tried to reach me and the people I would have loved to reach have been disappointed.
By the way the giffgaff sim isn't working anymore so I'm technically incommunicado, except online😃
