New sim

Hi,don't know if anyone can help I've just upgraded my phone and as part of the bundle got a Samsung galaxy tablet. However when I try to activate the sim in the tablet it just says  its hit a problem after getting a pin from ee and adding serial no.

@Lozzo   Are you aware that this tablet has a monthly contract that you’ll be required to pay for ?
