New sim

Hi,

 

I've opted for a new contract and received the sim. I went through the online sim activation process last afternoon, however the sim has yet to be activated.

 

Can someone please advice?

Welcome to the EE Community. 

Was it an upgrade you done? if yes, you can continue to use your old SIM as normal should it fit into your new device.
