Hi, I recently lost my sim card, but the trouble is I've moved house and my old address is still registered to my account. The app won't let me change it. The contract is in my partners name but the direct debit comes out my account. My partner works away alot so isn't back for 2 weeks. When we ordered the phone he gave me permission to speak so I was the one that spoke to advisor and ordered this phone. (Samsung galaxy A54) so will I be able to ring ee tomorrow and change the address? Also don't know where the free buds are that were sent after the phone as we moved 2 days from receiving phone. And the sim card was lost before any texts that might of come through regarding the ear buds. HELP?!
