New sim card with same number

DAnkrah
Visitor

I travelled outside the UK and my sim card got broken. I cannot make calls. How do I get a new sim card without being disconnected? I am currently on Pay-As-You-Go deal.

Thank you.

@DAnkrah : Order a replacement SIM online at Order a replacement SIM for £1.50 or phone CS for one. It will come as a Combi-SIM with all 3 sizes as push-outs. It can only be sent to your UK registered addy.

@DAnkrah , just to add to what @XRaySpeX  has written, it has to first be activated and used in the UK before it can be used in a foreign country.

To contact EE customer service dial 150 from your mobile phone or ring customer service for free using Skype or another phone: +44 800 079 8586 or +44 800 956 6000.
