Called to activate new sim and was told 24 hours even had text to confirm 24 hours but nothings happened old sim.still working but new sim not

Yes iv tried that multiple times and customer service has said that it should of been done by 10 am this morning after calling yesterday. The sim is still active on old sim too . How is this. I just have sim not provisioned. Could this take extra time

No it's a simple replacement sim for size swap called to get it activated was told by 10am and also received text to say thanks and new sim will be active within 24 hours but it didn't happen
