Hello, so I signed up for a new contract and selected esim. I got an email saying I don't need anything else and to signup (see image) for the my ee app to download the sim. However there isn't an active plan on there and I can't link my new mobile number because it has to send a code. Any help would be appreciated

If you are unable to set up the EE account to download the eSIM, please call us on 07953 966 150 and the team will get this looked into and help you get set up 🙂

Same happened to me. The only option was to go to a store and get physical sim. Not sure why EE is advertising esims for new customers.
