When will my mobile phone be connected to EE after handing in my PAC code 48hours ago.

@kevincopeland53 the EE sim should activate within 24 hours and you number should then migrate over in the next 24h.   Is the sim working at all regardless of your number migration. 

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

Welcome to the community,

I take it, you have the EE SIM card and have inserted it in your phone? Have you tried rebooting your phone?

As Monday was a bank holI day, which meant it would have been a long weekend and nothing would have been done until Tuesday, you should now be connected to EE, so if you have done what I have suggested, you should be connected.

To contact EE customer service dial 150 from your mobile phone or ring customer service for free using Skype or another phone: +44 800 079 8586 or +44 800 956 6000.
Yes I have rebooted my phone but no joy so far.

The port is usually requested when the SIM card is activated, then it transfers the next working day.

When did yo activate your SIM card?

I activated it today so hopefully it may be working from tomorrow cheers 👍.
