New customer I think...

I am leaving Three, got my PAC # sent to EE when I ordered  a SIM card on the 10 Sept, got email saying they have my order, and now nothing. Assume they don't track SIM card orders as showing nothing? I've joined as a member. Tried to phone them but none of the #s to choose  apply to me.

I'm a little worried...

Hi @Sunnysidedown.

Welcome to the community.

It is great to hear that you are joining EE.

The SIM cards are sent by post, so it can take a few days to arrive with you.

Don't worry about your number though, if you've given the PAC, it won't automatically move your number before you get the SIM, it will be pending in the background and when you have received the EE SIM, just pop it in your phone and make a call and it will start the transfer, usually for the next working day.

Thank you so much, I have been stupidly anxious about this, been with Three over 20 years so not used to the whole change to another provider, really appreciate you taking the time to let me know  🙂

I can totally understand your concern when you have been with them for so long @Sunnysidedown.

I'm sure it will be with you soon, but if you still haven't received the SIM after 5 working days, it is worth giving our customer services guides a call and they will locate the account and check the order.

You can see how to reach the team on our Contact Us page.

I have the same question.

I applied for a number transfer on September 7th, and I received an email stating that my order would be processed soon. However, it has been over a week, and I still haven't received my new SIM card or any further updates via text or email.

Could you please check the status of my order and let me know what’s going on?

Hi @jingw0510

Welcome to the community.

I would have expected you to have received the SIM by now. If it has not been delivered yet, please get in touch with our customer service guides, who can locate the account and order to see that it has been processed and the next steps for you.

Michael

I’ve been trying to track my order for a number transfer on your website, but it shows that my order cannot be found. Additionally, I’ve called customer service multiple times over the past few days, but I have not been able to reach anyone.

@jingw0510

If it was just a SIM Only plan that you'd ordered, you'd not be able to track it online, as it just goes by standard post without any tracking.

The best thing I can suggest would be to try to call our team again so they can check it for you.

I am in the exact same boat, except mine is an eSIM as I assumed it would be a lot faster/easier to track.

I have canceled my order a few days ago, but I still have not receive the refund yet. I  called many times to your team but the problem still could not be solved.
