New contract ESIM

I have just bought an ESIM contract moving over from Vodafone to EE. I thought I would revive the QR code instantly to set up the ESIM after I purchased the contract but I’ve received nothing. Is this normal?

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.
