Hi I have applied SIM as a new with PAC services on Tuesday and tried to register at App. 
I could succeed to register my name and verification in step 1 and 2 but I cannot finalize the step 3 as I could not register with my number. 

How can I proceed the application

@Kohei  Has your number ported yet ?  Or are you trying to use the number that came with the SIM card ? 

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.
tried to port my number from my current carrier. I have already submit PAC
code received from the current carrier.

I have submitted PAC two days ago and do
not know if the port has completed or not.

I would suggest calling us on 150 to get this looked into as the number transfer should complete the next working day or if this is after 5:30pm the day after.
