Hi. I signed up for a new I’m account with ee. I got a succes email that said that my number had gone over and I would get tracking once dispatched. Then I got a text to say cancelled. I called them and they said it was an issue with the credit check. Surely that would have gone through before the sent the success email though so I’m a bit confused. They’ve told me I have to wait 30 days to try again and had my current number with the pac code on it. So I’m also worried I’ll have to change my number

There is no account access on these forums but EE may check your eligibility up to dispatch.

Your number shouldn't port over or be processed if your account is not proceeding. I would consider SIM only if you are intending to try again in 30 days although I would leaving it longer.
