Hi
I have had an ee sim/ contract for years. Recently, added 2 x new sims to my account for the children. Advisor processed it all through online chat,
When I’ve put sims in, they don’t seem to be allowing calls or anything,
1) How do I activate them? It’s showing the phone number etc once sim is in, but no joy in making calls/ texts etc.
2) Should I have them both showing in my own account as 3 plans (mine plus 2 x children) or do I download app for 2 x new EE accounts and keep mine separate? At the moment, I know payment would be through my account as Direct Debit but can’t actually see those two new sims as plans
Hope someone can help!

Thank you @Christopher_G I managed to find them all. They weren’t showing as there was a few days grace, to receive my sims etc before new plans went live.

Hi @Smun532
They should be on the same account as yours, showing three plans. It may be worth giving our customer services team a quick call so they can check everything from our side.
