I've been sent a new SIM card and I don't know why as I have not requested one, what should I do?

Are you with us on pay as you go or pay monthly? 

Have you added another device recently?

I'd recommend contacting our Customer Care team so they can check your account.

They'll be able to see the reason a new SIM was sent to you.
