Hi
My current monthly pack which I started and got the SIM card for in December 2021 is a £15 25gb pack.
I was using an iPhone 11 until a few days ago when I got a 16 pro. I have noticed that I am not on 5g at any time, do I need to change SIM card or change plan. I am living in the centre of Birmingham so I think there should be 5g coverage
thanks

All EE SIMs are capable of providing 2G, 4G & 5G service. Which specific plan are you on?

5G is not currently available on PAYG, as already confirmed by Chris above.
