I just got a new iphone and swapped over the sim card from my old phone and it wouldnt connect to the EE network and its now saying i have an Esim, so i have tried to add that and now i can’t activate it because i cant get connected to the network to receive the text message and i cant call the help line because of the same reason.

Does the old SIM card work in your old phone or is this showing no signal?
Did you request an eSIM when setting up the new iPhone?
