I'm sorry to hear you've lost your phone. Please get in touch on 07953 966 250 to report it.

The team will disconnect your SIM, blacklist your phone and send you a replacement SIM.

You can order a replacement SIM online and over the phone. 

Alternatively, if you are near a local EE Store you can pop by with photo ID.

There are a couple of ways to get a new SIM with your number. 

If you have access to another phone, you can call our customer service guides and they can access your account and order one in the post.

Alternatively, if you live near an EE store, you can go in store with photo ID, and they can activate a replacement SIM for you there.
