I would recommend giving us a call on 0800 079 8586 from any landline or provider to notify our customer care team of your lost SIM. The team can then send you a replacement. 

Alternatively, please visit your local EE store

Hi @sjbs888

Please be sure to report this to our customer care team who can put a block on your SIM. The team can be contacted via live chat when logged in to your My EE account or by calling +447953966250. 

Replacement SIMs can only be posted to UK addresses and must be activated in the UK first before travelling abroad.

Welcome to the community. Sorry to hear about your SIM card.

You need to report this to our Mobile Care team to block the old SIM and order a replacement.

Please get in touch with our customer care team on 07953 966 250 to report your SIM as lost. 

The team will then also be able to arrange a replacement SIM. 

Alternatively, you can visit your local EE Store with photo ID.
