Hi I’ve been trying to activate my son’s phone but I can’t find the SIM card for the number as follows xxxxxxxxxxx

note: I’m paying a monthly fee so I’m asking for a new SIM card to be sent to my home address ASAP thank you

Is this a new line that you're trying to activate?

You should receive a SIM when you get a new line or an upgrade.
