My Sim not working

Hi . i have been holidays for 3 month  my sim card not working now  my phones number is xxxxxxxxxxx

@Ahmad19844  This is a public forum not customer services so it’s highly recommended that you don’t post your private information on the internet. 

 If this is a PAYG sim then the the sim has probably gone in to hibernation for lack of use.   You need to call customer support to get the sim taken out of hibernation.  You have to make a chargeable call/text every 3 months to keep the sim active. 

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.
